If you require an extension or special consideration for any assessment you need to apply for an Aegrotat. There’s a link on Akoraka | Learn to apply directly. It's on the home page, on the right-hand side, in the Exams & Assessments block. For extensions, special consideration or an aegrotat click on "Aegrotat, including Covid". This has information about the aegrotat process and an online form for you to complete - it's quick and easy. Once you have completed the online form, the Examinations Office will manage your application for you.

Search for the full article title in LibrarySearch. Click the “Full text available” or “Online access” link. If you’re off-campus or on a mobile device you’ll be prompted to login and then you should reach the full text.
Common issues:
- Searching doesn’t find the article -> on the left, tick the “Include items with no full text to request interloan, purchase etc” box – if there’s still no result post-grads and staff can place an interloan request.
- If you have a different problem, contact us with the article details.

New students should bring your ‘confirmation of enrolment’ email and a physical form of photo ID (we cannot accept photos on phones, screenshots etc.) to Library Enquiries, on the left as you enter the Library.
For replacement cards, start with getting a form from Student Admin confirming you’re still currently enrolled.
